GIGI DE TROYBAN
Principal
Broker; Operations, Business & Commercial Division Manager
Gigi is qualified by over 33 years of experience in all sectors of real estate, business brokerage and consulting, banking and finance industries, with an emphasis in sales and management. Her real estate career started while still in college, working for Chase Federal Bank (one of South Florida’s first and oldest Savings and Loan) in the Real Estate and Facilities Management Department. She was an integral part of the transition team when NationsBank (NKA Bank of America) acquired Chase Federal, as well as part of Mergers and Acquisitions, accountable for the sales and management of approximately 2MM square feet of property and multi-million dollar transactions.
She continued her career at real estate companies such as Lincoln Property Company, Healthcare Realty Services, prior to opening up her own firm in 2001. Since then, she continues to serve clients in the Business Brokerage, Industrial, Commercial and Land Sales & Leasing, as well the Luxury Residential sectors always emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and the benefit of experience by giving her clients the very best in customer service. She considers herself a “partner” with all her clients, viewing her own success in the success of those she assists.
Gigi is a wife and mother of two teenagers and has been actively involved for over 35 years in various ministries and community service organizations including Samantha’s Purpose – Cerebral Palsy Awareness/Charitable Organization; Miami Children’s Health Foundation (Nicklaus Children’s Hospital), President’s Cabinet; Kairos Prison Ministries; and her children’s school parent associations.
MICHELLE COFFEY-GARCIA
Operations & Residential DIvision Manager
Michelle has been in the real estate industry since 1990, helping clients buy and sell property as a licensed Realtor, and previously as a Real Estate Paralegal.
Michelle was born and raised in Miami (specifically in Westchester). She has in-depth knowledge and experience in the Miami-Dade County real estate market, and has witnessed first-hand the great transformation Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Homestead and the surrounding areas have undergone, from small communities into the bustling metropolitan cities and vibrant suburban regions they have become.
She is passionate about real estate and helping clients achieve their goals, guilding them through every detail of a transaction, striving to make the process of buying or selling fun, easy and stress free.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children. She is very active in her children’s schools and also advocates for the special needs community, and is Co-founder of Samantha’s Purpose, a non-profit dedicated to Cerebral Palsy Awareness.
ALEJANDRA RODRIGUEZ
Administrative & Marketing Assistant, Copy Editor
Alejandra has been instrumental in taking GlobalVest to the next level. Our firms recent growth can be attributed to her knowledge of graphic design and copying writing, making all of marketing products stand out in the crowd. She has extensive experience in copy writing and editing in various large publications over the last few years. In addition, she keeps our office and other staff organized, scheduled, and on task. Aside from working with GlobalVest, Ale is pursuing her degree in Psychology at Florida International University.
She loves to read, write, and give back to her community in her free time.
TERRY CICOTELLI
Content Strategist/Marketing Manager
Terry is a visual communications specialist responsible for all of our social media content, promoting our firm, listings, and keeping the world up to date on real estate news and trends. She is passionate about her work, always bringing a fresh, new, bold look into our industry one post at a time.
Terry is also a great mom to one son, and dedicates a lot of her free time supporting the special needs community.
